• Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
  
• 4 pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom in the right side)
  
• Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that the couple has no objection to getting married in Indonesia.
