Villa Teresa is situated in a coconut grove, a quiet fishermen’s village of Canggu Beach, 20 minute further north of fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife in the area of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak.

It is only 40 minutes from Bali International airport, 15 minute to Tanah Lot Temple - Nirwana Bali Golf Course designed by Greg Norman (The Shark) - Le Meridien Resort. To the north just 40 minutes drive away is the cultural center of Ubud famous for its woodcarvings and assorted arts and crafts.

Two separate adjoining, self-contained villas with separate facilities and services. The unique design of these villas, it can be booked either as a 2 and 3 bedroom villa or they can be combined to make a 5-bedroom villa. Each villa comes complete with private swimming pools, kitchens, and dining/lounge areas and of course their own private access via the car park. There is a dividing wall between the villas that ensures that if the villa is booked to separate groups then each party remains undisturbed.
Total 5 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning, verandah, en-suite bathroom, 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom with two single beds). 6 bathrooms. Private access to the beach - 20 meters from the villa.

Terms and Conditions

• Low season: (all except) – Rate USD 700.00net/night
  
• High season: (July 1 – August 31), (December 20 – January 10), Chinese New Year – Rate USD 850.00/night
  
• Valid for all market
  
• Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.
  
• Security deposit at USD 500.00 payable upon check in and refundable if no damages incurred

Reservation Prosedure

• Prior reservation is required as space is limited.
  
• Wedding Couple should fill up the Booking Request Form and e-mail to Bali Exotic Wedding
  
• No booking is confirmed until Bali Exotic Wedding send written confirmation to Wedding Couple
